This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Digicash do Brasil Ltda., enrolled under CNPJ no. 31.746.678/0001-41, headquartered at Rua Santa Justina, 660, unit 61, Vila Olímpia – São Paulo/SP (“novütech”, “we”), processes the Personal Data of anyone who visits or interacts with the institutional website novutech.com.br (the “Site”).
This Policy is separate from, and does not replace, the Privacy Policy of our Apps/Cards, which governs the processing of data for existing customers who use our credit products. If you are a card or app customer, please refer to that product's specific policy.
1. What data we collect and why
a) Browsing, cookies and analytics tools
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent and where you came from, through cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram Ads). We use this data to understand how the Site is used, measure campaign performance and improve the browsing experience.
b) Contact form
If you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number and the content of your message, so that we can respond to your request.
c) Job applications and résumés
If you apply for a position through the Site, we collect the data you provide during the hiring process — such as name, contact details, education, work experience and résumé — for recruitment and selection purposes.
